Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026

VOLT takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains which personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we do so, and which rights you have. We process your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who are we?

VOLT, located in Herent, Belgium, is responsible for processing your data. For questions you can reach us at dewaele.sam@hotmail.com.

2. Which data do we collect?

When you fill in the contact form, we process:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • (optional) your company or organization;
  • the topics you select and the content of your message.

We don't collect sensitive data and use no tracking or advertising cookies. For visitor statistics we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless measurement. The quiz on the site is computed entirely in your own browser — we don't store your answers.

3. Why do we process this data?

We use your data solely to answer your request and to communicate with you about our trainings and webinars. The legal basis for this is your consent and/or taking steps at your request prior to a possible agreement.

4. Who do we share data with?

Your message is delivered via our email service Resend, which acts as a processor and only processes your data to deliver the email. Our website is hosted by Vercel. We never sell your data to third parties.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We don't keep your message longer than necessary to handle your request and, if relevant, to follow up on a collaboration. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access, correct or delete your data;
  • restrict or object to the processing;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).

Want to exercise one of these rights? Send an email to dewaele.sam@hotmail.com.

7. Security

We take appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including a secure (HTTPS) connection and protection of our forms against abuse.

Please note: this privacy policy is a solid starting text, but not legal advice. Have it reviewed by someone with legal expertise before your final launch, and complete the missing details (such as your company registration number).
